I do believe that it is high time for us to adopt a REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BILL. Some of its provisions may be contrary to our faith or to our beliefs but we cannot discount the fact that this is one of the best ways to curb the increasing prevalence of STDs and HIV cases.

But still nothing can curb Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Infections better than ABSTINENCE.
